My 20-years plus tenure as a staff member in the Lifeworks residential setting sector has been extremely touching, enriching and even heartbreaking (in a positive sense) to grow together with such diversely amazing individuals whom make up the fabric of this remarkable human services agency. I compare it to opening a Crayola crayon box each time I am working my shift and noticing all various facets of these extraordinary human beings that I am beyond delighted to share their lives with.
