I lead a Self-Advocacy Activities Group weekly and the experience has been amazing! My group is enthusiastic, funny, endearing, and caring. What I love most about them is their kind hearts. They are willing to try new things that they are unfamiliar with. Sometimes a little fearful, but most times fearless. Being a part of this group is so rewarding. As much as they have learned from me, I have learned so much more from them. I call them friends.
