SUMMARY
The Behavior Analyst will work closely under the supervision of the overseeing Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Behavior Analyst must be committed to providing supports and services in adherence with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Ethics Code. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible to provide the direct implementation of behavior analytic services which are but are not limited to: assisting in conducting assessments, assisting to writing behavior support plans, collecting and graphing behavior data, providing staff training and feedback, and assist in crises situations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Create and implement data collection systems
- Graph and summarize data regularly
- Provide staff training on Positive Behavioral Supports, behavior plans, behavior guidelines, data collection, and other behavioral techniques
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments which may include indirect and direct assessments
- Assist supervising BCBA in the development of Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Guidelines
- Work with families, guardians, and residential staff regarding behavioral needs of Participants
- Assist in behavioral crises that may occur
- Hold a valid Safety Care certification
- Attending Human Rights Committee and clinical review meetings
- Adhere to agency safety standards.
- Perform additional duties, or substitute for others as required.
- Adhere to all Charles River Center policies and procedures.
- Develop and provide all services in accordance with CRCs philosophies including staff and Board beliefs.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of BCBA program.
- Current BCBA license.
- Maintain credentials annually.
- At least two years of experience with people with intellectual disabilities and autism.
- Valid drivers license.
- Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
- Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and other agencies.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals under supervision, employees of the organization, families, and members of the community.
