The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for overseeing all matters associated with addressing behavior challenges of participants that are part of the various Arc of Greater Brockton (AGB) programs and activities. The AGB BCBA has many responsibilities; such as staff training, participant assessments, developing plans to address challenging behaviors, and consulting with the participants support team as appropriate.
Work will be done in consistent collaboration with the AGB Positive Behavior Support Coordinator and all AGB team members as required.
The BCBA position is “hands on” which requires all work, with the exception of visits to off-site locations to provide support and training, to be performed at AGB offices. This is not a “remote” position.
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Human Services and/or related field of work. Relevant Training and Certification as a BCBA. One-two years of proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role.
