The CBDS Coordinator Level I assists individuals with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities to build and maintain their ability to participate in community activities by focusing on skill areas that include communication, self-care, relationship-building, and community involvement. The position is responsible for implementing the Individual Support Plan objectives and documenting the progress.
35 hour per week.
High School Diploma/GED with some experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
