Direct Support Professional – seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to provide services for individuals with ID/DD living in their own homes. Staff in this position will assist our individuals to have as much control as possible over his/her home, provide assistance in various areas which include socialization, establishing meaningful relationships and community integration.
Full Time – 30 – 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule with some evening/weekend hours required.
Minimum Qualifications –
High school diploma / GED
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle to transport individuals
Acceptable CORI and background fingerprinting check required.
